Welcome to John Hughson Art. During my travels over the last 10 years I have enjoyed taking the opportunity to capture scenes which I have found appealing. I have done this by carrying a small watercolour kit with me. These sketches have all been worked on site. I have used a custom made watercolour paper diary and watercolour paint/pencil/ink. The immediacy of the situation is often very pleasing and delightful results can be achieved. I am pleased to be able to share them with you.
